Acceptance
By using this site, sending an enquiry, or booking a session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or the services.
The Services
We provide coaching, advisory, and speaking services. These are professional and confidential, but they are not medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice, and they are not a substitute for it.
Coaching is a collaboration. We bring experience, attention, and honesty; we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or return.
Payment & Cancellation
Fees, scope, and schedule are agreed in writing before we begin, and invoices are due within the period stated on them.
You may reschedule or cancel a session with reasonable notice — set your own window here, for example forty-eight hours. Sessions cancelled inside that window may be charged in full. State your refund policy in the same place.
Confidentiality
What is said in a session stays in the session. We treat everything you share as confidential and will not repeat it without your consent.
The only exceptions are where the law requires disclosure, or where there is a serious and immediate risk of harm. Nothing shared with us in confidence is ever used as marketing.
Limitation of Liability
The site and the services are provided in good faith and “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of them.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and continued use of the site means you accept the revised terms.
