Questions

Senior operators carrying comparable weight — usually founders, C-suite and a few very senior ICs. I match for stage and pressure, never for industry. You will not be in a room with your competitor.
We sign the same agreement, and I take it extremely seriously. In six cohorts it has never been broken. If it were, that person would leave the room that day.
Life happens. Sessions are recorded for the cohort only, and I'll catch you up. Miss more than three and I'll have an honest conversation with you about whether the timing is right.
